With twenty-five years of experience in Finance and Travel & Tourism, Mitzi is responsible for developing business for KAI's existing clients.

Before joining KAI, Mitzi was Senior Director of Product at Travel Impressions for seven years, launching their Europe and Eastern Mediterranean programs. Mitzi's responsibilities included partner contract negotiations, and strategic planning with traditional and non-traditional relationship management and destination management organizations. Mitzi also built strategic partnerships and alliances with key suppliers, industry partners, and special interest groups. Additionally, she has attended and participated in a multitude of Tourism conferences around the world.

Mitzi graduated from St. John's University with an MBA in International Finance.
