Many of you are aware of the fact that we launched the KAI Foundation in late 2015. Our first project was to construct a maternity ward in the small village of Mugarameno, Zambia, which is along the banks of the Zambezi River about 40 minutes from Royal Zambezi Lodge. Although the immediate village consists of some 500+ residents, the medical facility serves the surrounding community of over 20,000 people.

The agreement provides for the management, refurbishment and expansion of 5 of African Sun’s strategic assets. The Kingdom at Victoria Falls, Elephant Hills Resort, Hwange Safari Lodge, The Monomotapa Hotel and Troutbeck, with future expansion to Caribbea Bay and Fothergill Island. Refurbishments at the Victoria Falls properties are already underway.
