No passengers were on-board but there were crew-members who lost their lives and others who were injured.

BOLIVIA: After 2 weeks of protests, calm gradually returns to the country

Bolivia has lived difficult days in which informal miners, working in self-managed cooperatives, have discussed with the government. They want to be able to associate with private companies, which promise to put more cash in their pockets, but they are currently prohibited from doing so. The government argues that if they associate with multinational companies they will no longer be cooperatives.

Several protests and roadblocks disrupt circulation outside large cities.
