3-Nights & 4-Days of experiences, connections, competition, and fun on 300+ acres of private land, just two hours from New York City.
Unlike any other travel industry event, this real-life choose your own adventure allows kampers to create their own journey. From zip-lining and water activities to scavenger hunts and silent discos, no two paths at Kamp KAI will be the same.

What to Expect at Kamp KAI
Accommodations
Kamp KAI is literally at a summer camp, so naturally we’ll be staying in cabins! There are 2-, 3-, and 4-bed cabins, so grab a friend (or a few) to bunk up with.
Experiences
The question isn’t what will you do at Kamp KAI; the question is what won’t you do. From a full ropes course and private lake to tie-dye and dance parties.
Connection
There are no forced conversations or pitches. Instead, share an experience and genuine conversation, or sit in on one of the panel discussions during the week.
Fully Inclusive, Full Freedom
Kamp KAI is fully inclusive of transfers from NYC, accommodations, meals, beverages, and activities. Allowing you to create the adventure you want.

In short, everything! All meals, drinks, accommodations, and activities are included with the cost of registration. Once at Kamp, the only thing you need to think about is having a good time and making meaningful connections with your industry peers.
Registration even includes getting you to Kamp! We’ll have roundtrip private bus transfers between Hoboken, NJ (just across the river from Manhattan) and Kamp KAI. If that isn’t your thing, you’re welcome to drive yourself or arrive by train and we’ll grab you from the train station (~10 minutes from Kamp KAI).

Kamp KAI is one price regardless of your role in the travel industry. In the spirit of trying to bring people, together instead of just trying to make a buck, we’ve kept costs to you as low as possible.
Each cabin cost $3,000 and is based on two people sharing ($1,500 each). If you’d like to add a third kamper to the cabin, the add-on is $750.

Kamp KAI was created exclusively for the travel industry. You’ll find leaders from travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, safari lodges, hotels, airlines, tourism boards, and more! The common thread - everyone has a passion for the travel industry, an open mind, and a sense of adventure.

Kamp KAI is a summer camp-style experience curated for the travel industry, by leaders in the travel industry. Over the course of 3-nights & 4-days, you’ll have a ‘create your own adventure’ style retreat that includes something for everyone. There are no forced meetings or discussions, but there will be ample opportunities to share meaningful (and fun) experiences with industry friends.
