There are options!
By Bus - Roundtrip travel between Hoboken, NJ (just across from Manhattan) and Kamp KAI by bus is included in the cost of your Kamp KAI registration.
By Train - Kamp KAI is accessible by Metro-North Railroad. Snag a ticket, meet a Kamp KAI team member at Grand Central Station and we’ll pick you up from the train station up north (~10 minutes from Kamp KAI).
By Car - You are also welcome to drive yourself with free on-site parking.

Kamp KAI is at a summer camp with classic cabins. The cabins are basic, but clean, air-conditioned, comfy, and have private bathrooms and showers.
There will be 2 kampers per cabin, but if you are joining with more friends, we can accommodate triples.
If you’d like to see photos or have questions about the cabins, just let us know! Our biggest suggestion go back into your childhood mind and grab a friend or two that you would want to go to sleep away camp with.

Kamp KAI is open to all members of the travel trade! You’ll find travel advisors and tour operators, hoteliers and DMCs, tourism boards and airlines, just to name a few.
Kamp KAI is limited to just under 200 travel professionals, therefore we unfortunately aren’t able to welcome non-industry spouses/partners/friends.

We hear you… and your clients will be able to also. Kamp KAI has great cell service and wifi covering most of the activity areas. You shouldn’t have a problem staying connected.
Kamp KAI will also have several “working spaces” to take calls, clear out your inbox, work on a new project, or share ideas with industry peers.
-
Kamp KAI will fill you up with food & drink to your heart’s (or stomach’s) desire.
A daily rotating menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner can fit any dietary requirement. Snacks throughout the day will ensure your munchies are always satisfied.
We’ll also make sure that you are never parched. A wide variety of beers, wines, and liquors, in addition to many non-alcohol options are available at Kamp.

Kamp KAI is one price regardless of your role in the travel industry. In the spirit of trying to bring people together instead of just trying to make a buck, we’ve kept costs to you as low as possible.
Each cabin costs $3,000 and intended for 2 kampers to share. If you’d like to add a third kamper to a cabin, their cost is $750.
